On Saturday, August 23, we held a Japanese
culture class. The event took place in the Japanese-style room and the lobby of
Asahi Hall, which is located on the fifth floor of Lapio. This venue is also
used for festivals. Forty-three participants from ten countries attended.
Everyone was thrilled to wear a yukata for the first time! We hope they enjoyed
experiencing Japanese culture through the yukata and summer festival.
