On 7 June, a Turkish cooking class was held
at the Manabi Creative Centre Cooking Classroom.

Şahin Aiche and Eminoglu Ozlem, both from
Turkey, were the lecturers and Rie Akdeniz was the interpreter.

Türlü (stewed vegetables), türlü in Turkish
means various, many kinds. In culinary terms, it's Turkish stewed vegetables,
Merzimekkiçölbas (red lentil soup), a typical Turkish soup. Muhalebi (Turkish
chocolate pudding), a dish made in four groups of three.

Turkish students also participated, making
the experience of Turkish culture more enjoyable.
